हनुमान चालीसा में छिपे 7 ज्ञान के मूल मंत्र

Is aaj ke tezi bhare jeevan mein, hum sabhi kabhi na kabhi tanav, chinta aur man ki ashanti ka samna karte hain. Lekin adhyatma humein sikhata hai ki shanti man ke andar hoti hai, bahar nahi. Aaiye jaane 5 aise adhyatmik vichar jo man ko shaant karne ke saath aapke jeevan ko ek naye drishtikon se bhar dete hain.
Yeh vichar humein jeevan ke prati samarpan aur bharosa sikhata hai. Har ghatna ke peeche koi na koi seekh hoti hai. Vishwas rakhiye ki sab kuch ek bade uddeshya ke tahat ho raha hai.
Yeh vedic mantra batata hai ki hum sabhi mein ek divyata basi hui hai. Jab aap apne astitva ko is roop mein dekhte hain, tab ashanti aur asuraksha door ho jaati hai.
Dhyan aur saans par dhyan kendrit karke hum apne man ko sthir aur shaant bana sakte hain. Roz kuch samay ke liye meditation aapke jeevan mein adbhut parivartan laa sakta hai.
Ashanti ka sabse bada kaaran hai – lobh aur tulna. Jab hum dhanyavaad ke bhaav se jeete hain, tab chhoti chhoti cheezen bhi sukh pradaan karti hain.
Bhagavad Gita ka yeh mahan updesh humein sikhata hai ki hum bas apna karma nishtha se karein, phal ka bhagya par chhod dein. Yahi soch man mein gehri shanti laati hai.
Adhyatmik vichar sirf gyaan nahi, balki jeevan jeene ka ek gahan marg hai. Jab hum apne andar ki shanti ko jaagne lagte hain, to bahar ki duniya bhi badalne lagti hai. In 5 adhyatmik vicharon ko apnaakar aap apne jeevan mein shanti, samarpan aur sakaratmakta laa sakte hain.
